Hostess
Location: Ikeja (GRA), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide basic information about the restaurant
- Coordinate with waitstaff and supervisors to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND qualification
- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role (hospitality experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of customer service.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
