Social Media Strategy & Optimization Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Own and execute multi-platform strategy (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn)
- Build data-backed content playbooks tailored to African audiences
- Create and scale viral-ready short-form video content
- Leverage AI tools to optimize content, workflows, and community management
- Run A/B tests and turn insights into growth strategies
- Drive measurable results: engagement, leads, and user acquisition.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in social media, digital growth, or creative strategy
- Experience managing multi-country (African market) accounts
- Strong grasp of analytics, KPIs, and performance optimization
- Skilled in tools like Canva, CapCut, and scheduling platforms
- Creative thinker with strong Naija-centric storytelling skills
- Bonus: Experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok).
- Success = Growth in reach, engagement, and conversions + faster, smarter content execution powered by AI.
