Business Manager
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and competent Manager to oversee every aspect of our business operations. This role demands a proactive leader who can drive the company's success through strategic decision-making and day-to-day management. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all business functions, from overseeing transactions with key partners to managing staff and ensuring business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the business operations, including buying and selling processes, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Supervise and lead teams to meet company objectives, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth, monitoring market trends and supplier relationships.
- Monitor and manage the supply chain to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
- Act as the point of contact for key suppliers and clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Manage staffing, ensuring that the team is motivated, well-trained, and working effectively towards business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a distributorship or similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple aspects of a business simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to business operations.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
