Job Description
- We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions
- Meet sales targets and contribute to achieving store goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
- O'Level, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field
- Sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience (preferably in electronics or tech)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of electronic devices and gadgets
- Ability to lift and handle products (if required)

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
