QUANTITY SURVEYOR OFFICER
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum of 5 years
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of road construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and road construction works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets
• Measure and value work done on-site
• Prepare BOQs, contracts, and tender documents
• Manage procurement and negotiate with suppliers
• Evaluate claims, variations, and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports
• Liaise with project teams and attend site meetings
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional certification (RICS, NIQS, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in road construction projects
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
