Facility Manager

Job Summary
- The Facility Officer/Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all organizational facilities, ensuring a conducive work environment and optimal asset utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and utilities management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Develop and manage facility budgets and cost controls
- Coordinate space allocation and office logistics
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks monthly.
- Manage fuel, power, and utility usage efficiently.
- Maintain a comprehensive asset register updated quarterly.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
