Overview
- FMR Agency is recruiting an experienced and execution-driven Chief Operating Officer to oversee operational performance and drive business growth within a fast-growing fashion and retail organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, implementing scalable systems, improving efficiency, and aligning operational execution with business strategy.
- This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, build structure, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ultimately, you will drive operational efficiency, improve organizational performance, and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations across departments and locations
- Translate leadership strategy into operational execution
- Implement systems, processes, and frameworks to support business growth
- Establish operational KPIs and performance monitoring systems
- Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across departments
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Monitor operational costs and resource allocation
- Support business expansion and new market initiatives
- Strengthen collaboration across departments
- Drive accountability and performance across leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in operations or business leadership roles
- Proven experience managing multi-functional teams
- Experience working in fast-paced or scaling organizations
- Experience within retail, fashion, or FMCG industries is preferred.
Salary
N1,000,000 Net Monthly + Highly Attractive Performance Bonus.
