Job Title: 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will lead the group’s financial operations, ensuring cash-flow stability across operating businesses while building strong financial structures for early-stage units. The role focuses on capital allocation, working capital optimization, tax efficiency, and delivering investment-ready financial reporting across a multi-entity structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital across all business units.

- Design and oversee intercompany funding and loan arrangements.

- Lead tax planning, compliance, and statutory filings (VAT, WHT, CIT, PAYE).

- Implement group-wide financial controls, SOPs, and IFRS-compliant reporting.

- Prepare consolidated financial reports and board-ready management packs.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, burn-rate analysis, and investment decision-making.

- Drive the implementation of scalable accounting/ERP systems and internal controls.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; ACA/ACCA preferred.

- 4-7 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within group structures or consulting.

- Strong experience in financial modelling, consolidation, and ERP systems.

- Ability to operate effectively across both established businesses and early-stage ventures.
