Description
- The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely delivery of goods and services to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure consistent product quality.
- Collaborate with departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.
- Prepare procurement reports and present analyses to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month
