Description
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician (Data Entry) to support our pharmacy operations by accurately entering prescription and patient information into our system.
- The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and assist in improving workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter prescription details into the pharmacy management system
- Verify patient information, medication details, and dosage instructions
- Review prescriptions for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with pharmacists to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure data integrity
- Handle insurance and billing data entry where applicable
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and confidentiality standards
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Technician studies or a related field
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or data entry role is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Basic knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical terminology
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry tools
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N100,000 / month.
