Project Engineer Trainee
The Project Engineer Trainee provides technical and project support to asset integrity operations by assisting with engineering documentation, drawing preparation, data management, and project coordination activities.
The role is designed to develop practical engineering skills through hands-on involvement in project execution, technical documentation, and the management of engineering information in line with organizational standards and industry requirements.
The trainee works closely with engineers and project teams to support the planning, tracking, and delivery of asset integrity projects, while gaining structured exposure to engineering workflows, quality systems, and operational best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
Successful completion of the National Service Programme, with practical exposure to AutoCAD drafting, technical documentation, engineering support tasks, or related engineering/industrial environments.
Additional professional or technical training in AutoCAD, piping design, pressure vessels, structural drafting, Workpack preparation, or WSE documentation will be considered an advantage.
