Live-in Chef (Male)
Location: VGC Estate (Before Ajah Bus Stop), Lagos

Working Days & Hours: From 5:00am (Breakfast by 7:00am; Dinner by 6:30pm), Off Day: Thursday
Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced male Live-In Chef to prepare quality meals for a private family.
- The ideal candidate must be male, proficient in both continental and local cuisines,punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and efficient kitchen management.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals for the family, including breakfast and dinner.
- Ensure breakfast is served by 7:00am and dinner by 6:30pm.
- Resume kitchen duties from 5:00am daily.
- Plan menus in line with the family’s preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the kitchen.
- Ensure proper food storage and minimize food wastage.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years professional cooking experience.
- Strong knowledge of continental and local dishes (non-negotiable).
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities efficiently.
- Must be reliable, disciplined, and respectful.
