Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage the full operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlet.
- The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capability, excellent operational knowledge, and a proven track record of managing QSR teams successfully.
- Candidates must reside on the Island and be able to ensure seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and consistent adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and promptly address escalated customer concerns.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and supply ordering.
- Implement and enforce QSR operational procedures, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor outlet performance, sales targets, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Drive initiatives that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit management and operational reports as required.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to execute strategic goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any relevant field.
- 3–5 years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) (strict requirement).
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure efficiently.
- Strong understanding of QSR operations, customer service, and team coordination.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Candidate must reside on the Island or very close to the outlet location.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Salary
N250,000 monthly.
