Job Summary
- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and processing orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.
- The ideal candidate should be professional, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure proper order processing.
- Process customer orders accurately (online and in-person)
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and excellent experience for every customer
- Ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries
- Maintain updated knowledge of menu items and promotions
- Ensure effective communication between the service area and kitchen staff.
- Support daily outlet operations and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Uphold the company’s customer service standards and brand reputation.
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Candidates must reside close to the outlet location for which they are applying for.
Salary
N130,000 per month.
