Baker / Pastry Chef
Location: Owerri, Imo
Responsibilities
- Prepare breads and pastries daily, following approved recipes and standards.
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients to ensure consistency in production.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with food safety standards.
- Monitor baking processes and report any issues with ingredients or equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in baking or pastries(bread and pastries).
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough fermentation, and recipe scaling.
- Certification in Culinary Arts or Baking is an advantage.
- High level of discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Salary
N90,000 - N130,000 Monthly.
