Our client in the agricultural sector is seeking an experienced Head, Internal Audit & Control to lead audit operations, risk management, internal controls, and compliance across the organization. This role requires strong experience in manufacturing/agribusiness environments and the ability to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities include

• Overseeing audit coverage, risk identification, and compliance monitoring

• Strengthening internal controls and resolving audit findings

• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Managing budgeting, accounting operations, cash flow forecasts, and tax returns

• Monitoring performance against budgets and providing variance analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting + ICAN certification

• 10–15 years’ experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance

• Experience leading audit teams in manufacturing, agribusiness, or FMCG

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
