Job Summary

We are looking for a high-caliber technical leader to spearhead Infrastructure and network strategy. You will oversee the stability, scalability, and security of our entire technical ecosystem—from Software-Defined Data Centers (SDDC) to Operational Technology (OT) networks—ensuring 24/7 availability to support our manufacturing and distribution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• NetOps Excellence: Direct day-to-day operations of the network environment. Ensure high uptime and low latency through scalable designs, effective traffic engineering, and stable core routing/switching and SD-WAN fabrics.

• Infrastructure & SDDC Governance: Lead the architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of Software-Defined Data Centers, virtualization stacks, and high-performance storage.

• Business Continuity: Architect and govern robust Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks, ensuring RPO/RTO targets strictly align with business needs.

• Strategic Vendor & Budget Management: Manage the full IT Opex/Capex budget. Negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-efficiency and strict SLA adherence.

• Observability & Incident Response: Implement advanced monitoring and automated diagnostics. Serve as the final escalation point for critical incidents, conducting deep-dive post-mortem analyses.

• Strategic Alignment: Translate organizational goals into technical roadmaps, driving cloud integration and digital transformation across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Education: First degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in IT (Network/Data Center/Infrastructure) with a proven track record in a senior leadership or technical delivery capacity.

• Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of Virtualization, SD-WAN, Routing/Switching, Server Operations, OT (Operational Technology), and Cloud platforms.

• Certifications (Preferred): CCNP, ITIL, PMP, CGEIT, or CISSP.
