Role Overview
- The HR Officer will provide strategic and operational HR support to assigned business units, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.
- This role is responsible for driving core HR processes, supporting workforce expansion, and enhancing employee experience within a fast-paced environment.
- This is a contract role designed to strengthen HR delivery capacity during a period of growth and transformation.
Responsibilties
- Partner with business leaders to deliver aligned HR solutions
- Support end-to-end recruitment to meet hiring targets
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage employee relations issues professionally and efficiently
- Implement HR policies and ensure operational excellence
- Provide HR insights and reporting to support decision-making
- Other tasks as assigned.
Key Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 5 – 8 years HR experience, including Business Partnering
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (e.g., financial services, fintech, or technology).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Timely closure of hiring requirements
- Improved employee engagement and reduced employee relations issues
- Strong stakeholder satisfaction (business leaders)
- Accurate and insightful HR reporting

Salary
N450,000 monthly.
