Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Architect with strong technical design and 3D visualisation capability to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
Role Overview
- This role is suited for a mid-level Architect (minimum 5 years’ experience) with hands-on industry exposure. The focus is on practical competence, quality design output, and execution support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation
- Develop and coordinate designs using AutoCAD and Revit
- Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and renders (3Ds Max is critical)
- Support design development from concept stage through execution
- Work closely with project and site teams to ensure designs are buildable and aligned with project requirements
- Update drawings based on site feedback and management directives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years relevant architectural experience
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- 3Ds Max (non-negotiable)
- Practical experience within real estate, construction, or property development environments
- Ability to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required)
- Master’s degree in Architecture is an advantage.
Salary
- N300,000 – N350,000 net (monthly)
- Final offer will be based on experience and demonstrated competence
