Role Overview
- WEPHCO is looking for a high-performance Property Manager / Marketer to manage, position, and close high-value real estate opportunities.
- This role requires a commercially driven individual who can attract, engage, and convert premium clients
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property listings, inspections, and client interactions
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for property sales and leasing
- Identify and pursue high-value real estate opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Ensure properties are well-positioned to attract premium buyers or tenants
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate, property management, or marketing
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good understanding of the real estate market and client expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
