Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all branches
- Drive profitability through effective cost control and financial discipline
- Oversee cash flow management to ensure operational stability
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Strengthen internal controls across finance, inventory, and operations
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
- Oversee internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of findings
- Supervise and develop the finance team across all locations.
Requirements
- Professional certification: ACA or ACCA (mandatory)
- 9 - 12 years’ relevant experience, with at least 7–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong experience in retail or multi-branch operations
- Solid knowledge of financial controls, audit, and compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is an added advantage)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
