Head of Maintenance

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Head of Maintenance to oversee and manage all maintenance activities across our operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and facility systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of all company vehicles (vans, trucks, buses)
- Manage servicing and repairs of generators, electrical systems, and store equipment
- Supervise maintenance of air conditioning systems and refrigeration units
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure minimal downtime of all operational equipment
- Manage and coordinate internal technicians and external service providers
- Monitor maintenance costs and control expenses effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Maintain proper records of repairs, servicing, and inspections.
Requirements
- Relevant Technical certification or Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7–10 years experience in maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance (diesel and petrol engines)
- Hands-on experience with generators, electrical systems, ACs, and refrigeration
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple maintenance activities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
