Fuel Station Manager
Location: Ogbaku, Mbaitoli - Imo

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our service stations.
- We are a reputable player in the downstream oil and gas sector, engaged in the retail and distribution of petroleum products.
- This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational discipline, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to ensure strict compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the filling station
- Ensure accurate dispensing and reconciliation of products (PMS, AGO, DPK and LPG)
- Monitor sales performance and drive revenue growth
- Send accurate reports daily to head office
- Enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies
- Supervise station staff, including attendants and security personnel
- Maintain proper stock control, inventory records, and reporting systems
- Handle customer relations and ensure excellent service delivery
- Identify operational gaps and take initiative to resolve issues promptly
- Ensure the station environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline
- 2 - 5 years experience in a similar role within the oil & gas downstream sector
- Strong understanding of station operations, product handling, and safety standards
- Good knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must reside in Ogbaku, Imo State, or be willing to relocate immediately.
