Inventory Manager

Job Summary
- As the Inventory Manager, you will oversee warehouse and inventory operations including loading, offloading, ERP transactions, and cold room management while ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance, stock accuracy, and cold chain integrity in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee loading and offloading operations while ensuring proper stock handling and space utilization
- Manage inventory processes using ERP systems, ensuring accurate stock records and real-time updates
- Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain cold chain standards
- Supervise warehouse teams and coordinate with operations to ensure efficient inventory flow
- Monitor stock counts, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and ISO standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in inventory or warehouse management within FMCG (preferably frozen products)
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle or similar)
- Solid knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and cold chain management
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (CILT, CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage.
Salary
NGN 400,000 – 420,000 Monthly.
