Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
- Align operational processes with Brand Regimen’s strategic, financial, and growth objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, accountability, and performance.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize workflows, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage resource planning, vendor relationships, and operational budgets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, client commitments, and industry best practices.
- Track KPIs, prepare operational reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Commercial and strategic thinker
- Strong technical ability and Strong project management/sales pipeline skills
- Coordinates product activayions
- Increases YoY profit in business for 2026.
Experience
- Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 7 - 10 years of experience.
Salary
N500,000N - 600,000 monthly.
