Job Summary
- As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring excellent service delivery, effective staff management, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- You will manage operations, people, inventory, and reporting while driving revenue growth and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Lead, schedule, and supervise salon staff, including performance management and training support
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, hygiene standards, and compliance with safety regulations
- Handle client complaints professionally and support service promotions and upselling initiatives.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in salon, spa, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends, salon operations, and service standards.
