Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 15–20 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects across multiple sectors.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results within scope, time, and budget. Candidates must present a verifiable portfolio of completed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to executive management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and supervise junior project managers and project team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- 15–20 years of professional experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience managing high-value and multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Portfolio Requirement:

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary of N500,000 – N800,000 per month, depending on experience and project portfolio.
