Job Description
Interested candidates are expected to:
- Assign teachers' supervisory duties on the school yard, in the cafeteria or in hallways.
- Set exam schedules for students and assign teachers to proctor the exams.
- Help set the agenda for monthly staff meetings; form committees for teachers
- Liaise with neighboring schools; and attend meetings
- Participatein the interview, hiring and selection process of school staff
- Help teachers improve in problem areas. Vice principals help resolve conflicts that arise between teachers, while regularly observing and evaluating teacher performance.
- Interact with Students and Parents
- Keepup to date on issues andhelpensure that teachers are compliant with educational reform initiatives determined by the school
- Record Keeping
- Documentate student discipline and progress
- Manage feeding program.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
