Sales & Marketing Manager- Flexible Packaging

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the flexible packaging or converting industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of laminates, films, and related flexible packaging products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and sales forecasting capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets through strategic sales and marketing execution.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their operational and technical needs.
- Present periodic sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to management.
- Identify emerging markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables in line with company credit policies.
- Conduct accurate sales forecasting using customer data, historical trends, and market intelligence.
- Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and pricing strategies based on market conditions and competitor positioning.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide technical advisory support to customers on product specifications and packaging solutions.
- Stay updated on product innovations, economic indicators, and competitive activities.
Salary
N500,000 - N800000 monthly.
