About the Role

• PeopleOS is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to support HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR records and employee data.
• Assist with performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of HR experience and be hands-on in executing HR processes while fostering a positive work culture.
• Candidate must reside around Lekki, Ajah or environs
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
