Quality Control Manager

Job Description
- The successful candidate will oversee the entire Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), R&D, and New Product Development (NPD) departments, as well as supervise Production and the training of staff on quality parameters.
- The manager must independently handle audits such as NAFDAC, SON, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant standards. Key responsibilities also include people management and a willingness to take on additional duties, such as Store and Dispatch management, as required.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–4 years of post-qualification experience specifically in the Food & Beverage manufacturing sector.
- Certifications: Professional certification in HACCP (Level 3 or higher), ISO 22000 (FSMS), or Quality Management Systems (QMS) is highly desirable.
- Willing to resume immediately.
