Job Title: 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

Experience: 8yrs+

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our financial strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The Role:

- Strategic Leadership: Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term growth strategy.

- Financial Management: Oversee reporting, cash flow, tax, and statutory requirements.

- Operational Excellence: Optimize workflows and drive automation between Finance, Tech, and Ops.

- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (CBN, NDIC, AML/CFT) and manage enterprise risk.

- Executive Partnership: Work closely with the CEO and Board on strategic initiatives and fundraising.

What You Bring

- 8–12 years of relevant experience (at least 3 years in a senior leadership/Head of Audit or Finance role).

- Deep knowledge of fintech regulations and financial controls.

- Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and accounting software.

- Strong leadership skills with a background in mentoring high-performing teams.

Qualifications

- BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance.

- MSc/MBA or professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is required.

- Banking / Fintech experience is required
