Human Resources Officer

Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources professional to manage and oversee all HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and interpersonal skills who can support the organization in building and maintaining a productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace discipline.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage staff records, HR documentation, and employee data.
- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
- Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Provide HR reports and insights to management for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 5 years proven experience in Human Resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or related certification) is an added advantage.
- Experience managing HR operations in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
