We are hiring a Head, People Operations & Admin Services to build and run the people and operational backbone of Stravigo (www.stravigo.co). This role is ideal for a hands-on people leader who understands creative environments and can introduce structure, clarity, and compliance without bureaucracy.

What You’ll Own

End-to-end people operations: hiring, onboarding, performance, and engagement

Culture stewardship and employee experience

HR policies, compliance, and employee relations

Office administration, vendor management, and internal operations

Leadership support and organisational design alongside the COO

Qualifications & Experience

5–7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Administration

Solid understanding of labour laws and HR best practices

Experience supporting growth-stage organisations

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
