Job Description
- Are you a highly organized and results-driven professional with a passion for beauty and retail? We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate key projects across our beauty brand, ensuring timely execution and business growth.
Job Summary
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising projects across marketing, store operations, product launches, and brand campaigns.
- This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute brand and retail projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, social media, and store staff)
- Oversee product launches, promotions, and in-store activations
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify risks and provide solutions proactively
- Track performance and report on project outcomes
- Ensure brand consistency across all projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in project management (retail or beauty industry is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
