Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead and oversee major construction projects from inception to completion.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage civil engineering projects.
- Supervise site operations, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and COREN guidelines.
- Prepare and review project designs, budgets, and schedules.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- Must have 10 years experience in civil engineering and project management.
- COREN certification (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.
