Job Summary
- Our client is looking to hire courteous and professional Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent food and beverage service to customers. The ideal candidates will ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by delivering prompt and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints politely.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Salary
N100,000 Gross Monthly.
