Creative Social Media Manager

Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to produce engaging visual and video content for our real estate brand across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- The role focuses on building strong online visibility, driving audience engagement, and supporting lead generation through consistent, high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging daily content across social media platforms
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and visual content
- Capture property photos and lifestyle content
- Monitor trends and adapt content to current social media formats
- Manage audience engagement and community interactions
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in social media content creation
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Rush or similar)
- Good photography skills using smartphone and basic lighting
- Strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok trends
- Ability to shoot, edit, and publish content independently
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop)
