Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
- The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and achievement of sales and operational targets.
- The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage
- Drive team performance and enforce discipline where necessary
Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Sales & Performance:
- Drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and wastage
Inventory & Reporting:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/central supply
- Ensure proper inventory control and minimal wastage
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc in any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a QSR or retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in or around Lekki.
Salary
N250,000 monthly.
