Business Development Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a resource mobilisation strategy aligned with the NGO’s mission and strategic plan.
- Identify and pursue grant opportunities (local, international, multilateral, foundations, CSR funds.
- Build and maintain partnerships with Government agencies, Private sector organisations, NGOS etc
- Identify new programme areas aligned with organisational mandate.
- Support communications efforts to enhance organisational visibility.
- Ensure proposals meet donor compliance and eligibility criteria.
- Explore non-grant income streams and develop sustainability strategies to reduce over-dependence on a single donor, etc.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Business Administration or related fields.
- 3-5 years’ sales in business development, preferably in NGO/Foundation, human development and Tech sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives independently work.
Salary
350000 per month.
