Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Converting inquiries into booked consultations
- Following up leads professionally and consistently
- Handling WhatsApp, calls, and social media inquiries
- Guiding clients through their treatment journey
- Ensuring every client feels heard, informed, and valued
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Is excellent at communication and persuasion
- Understands sales psychology
- Is organized and disciplined
- Can handle objections confidently
- Is proactive, not reactive
- Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, or high-ticket sales is an advantage.
