HR Assistant
Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Support current and future business needs through effective talent development, engagement, motivation, and retention
- Develop, monitor, and improve HR systems, policies, procedures, and overall strategies
- Foster and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Develop and maintain competitive pay plans and benefits programs
- Identify training needs and design, implement, and monitor training programs
- Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and reporting
- Ensure full legal compliance across all HR practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 yearproven experience as an HR Assistant
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and HR metrics
- People-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies and lead initiatives
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
