Warehouse Executive
Location: Mowe, Ogun

Responsibilties
Warehouse Operations:
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for sensitive products.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Compliance:
- Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for product traceability.
Team Management:
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide training on safety protocols and handling procedures.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Implement measures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and distribution regulations.
- 2 - 5 years of warehouse management experience in a structured pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is required
- Ability to prepare departmental standard operating procedures ( SOPs) is essential.
- Adaptability and continuous learning
- Attention to details and accuracy.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly (net).
