𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲/𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

Role Summary

Responsible for driving growth of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and New Service Business by identifying, developing, and securing long-term service opportunities across oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute operational and maintenance (O&M) business growth strategies and sales plans.

· Identify and pursue LTSAs, maintenance contracts, upgrades, and aftermarket services.

· Lead proposal, bid, and contract negotiations in collaboration with finance, legal, and technical teams.

· Build and manage key client relationships and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

· Provide accurate forecasts, market intelligence, and performance reports.

· Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (MBA is an advantage).

· 10–15 years’ experience in O&M, oilfield services, EPC, or process automation.

· Proven contract-winning track record, strong commercial acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
