Experience: 10–15 Years

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources function at the dredging unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, strengthening people management practices, and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations and HR strategy

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning

- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives

- Manage learning, development, and talent growth programs

- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies

- Handle employee relations, discipline, and grievance management

- Provide HR advisory support to management and leadership

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA/HND) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

- CIPM certification is mandatory

- Minimum of 10–15 years progressive HR experience

- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices

- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
