We are partnering with a leading multinational beverage manufacturing organisation to hire a Talent & Capability Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-wide talent, learning, and leadership capability across multiple geographies.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, people development, and organisational transformation — ideal for a talent leader who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and driving measurable impact.

What We’re Looking For

* 5–7+ years’ experience in talent management, learning, and capability development

* Proven experience in a multinational or matrixed organisation

* Strong exposure to leadership development, succession planning, and talent analytics

* Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior and executive stakeholders

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field

(Master’s degree or CIPD / SHRM / CIPM / ATD certification is an advantage)
