Finance Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagoss

Job Summary
- We are looking for a meticulous and proactive finance officer keen on detail, witha passion for financial integrity and the ability to turn complex numbers into clear insights,to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will be required to processdaily financial operations, ensuring everything from payroll to tax compliance runs like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Accounts Management: Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Budgeting: Track budget expenses and provide regular reports on variances.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with local regulations and internal policies.
- Audit Support: Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits.
- Payroll: Manage payroll processing and tax withholdings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Must have a second-class upper from a recognised university
- Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Maximum age limit: 28
- Must be working with a bank or financial institution.
- Experience in the use of BankOne
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Excel and experience with accounting software
- Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for spotting discrepancies.
- Communication: Ability to explain financial data to non-finance colleagues clearly.
