Job Description

This role would oversee financial operations, driving profitability through FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and trade spend management, managing cash flow, ensuring compliance, and leading finance teams in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models, analyzing P&L performance, variance to plan, and identifying trends.

• Sales & Trade Finance: Manage trade spend, evaluate promotion ROI, analyze channel profitability (distributors, retail), and support new product launch financial planning.

• Business Partnering: Provide data-driven insights and strategic advice to Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management for decision-making.

• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial statements, management reports, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements.

• Cash Flow & Cost Management: Monitor cash flow, inventory, payables/receivables, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient workflow and best practices.

• Audit & Systems: Coordinate external audits and continuously improve financial processes and systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, & strategic thinking.

• Experience in FMCG Finance.

• Leadership & communication skills.

• Relevant degree (Finance/Accounting) & professional certification (ACA, ACCA, etc.)
