Upwork Account Manager

Ariesphere Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented and strategic Upwork Account Manager to manage client accounts, drive consistent applications, and improve performance through data-driven execution.

This role requires someone who understands how Upwork works - not just how to apply for jobs, but how to position accounts for visibility, responses, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Upwork accounts and maintain consistent daily activity
• Research and identify high-quality, relevant job opportunities
• Write and submit tailored, strategic proposals aligned with each client’s goals
• Track Connect usage and monitor overall account health
• Submit structured daily updates and weekly performance reports
• Follow Ariesphere Inc.’s internal processes and performance standards

Requirements

• Prior experience using the Upwork platform (personal or client accounts)
• Strong understanding of proposal writing and job targeting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts
• Must own a laptop and have reliable internet access (Non - negotiable)
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly performance targets

Nice to Have

• Experience in client communication
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
• Basic understanding of performance analysis (views, responses, conversions)

Compensation & Work Structure: 

• Remote role (Nigeria-based preferred)
• Part-time: 4 hours daily (Monday – Friday)
• Platform Training Material provided.
• Data allowance included
• 20% commission on successfully secured jobs
