Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, training, and employee engagement for an expanding workforce.
- Drive HR initiatives that support sales productivity and organisational growth.
- Manage onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and employee development.
- Provide strategic HR support to management and frontline teams.
- Develop HR policies and ensure adherence across all departments.
- Oversee workforce planning and talent pipeline development for critical roles.
- Strengthen performance management systems to improve accountability and results.
- Support conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee relations.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights that guide leadership decisions.
Person Specification
- Minimum of a First degree (BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- A professional certification in Human Resources or an MBA is preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales-focused environment, with 2–4 years leading HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to support sales teams through effective HR processes and talent management.
